Swimmer and Parent Information Packet

Below the General Information are the documents we call our “Swimmer and Parent Information Packet”.  Please take your time to read all information and complete all forms included.  They can all be downloaded and printed at your convenience. 

 We hope that your experience with our team will be fun and exciting.  We are a small team, but we are a great team with many great members and we are proud and excited to count you and your swimmer among them.

It is our hope that being a member of the Caldwell Swim Club (CSC) will be a rewarding and fun experience for you and your swimmer.  As a member of CSC, your child has an opportunity to learn how to swim competitively, develop personal goals and meet challenges.  You and your swimmer also will have the opportunity to make friendships with team members, competitors and parents.

CSC is a private, non-profit organization managed by volunteer parents and funded by monthly dues, and fundraisers.  Each year we hold our annual Swim-a-thon and our Caldwell Invitational Swim Meet.

As a parent, you are expected to: 

We understand that you are very busy and your time is valuable, but in order for our swimmers to have this positive experience and keep our team running smoothly, it will take all of us to make it happen.  No experience is required to help at any of our events.

Following are a few things that will help make you and your swimmers experience smooth and fun.  If you have any questions, please ask a board member or any veteran parent.  We can help you figured it all out!

Board of Directors

Caldwell Swim Club is run by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected each year by the membership.  If you have any questions, please feel free to ask your current board members.  They are as follows:
